Georgette Phillips has worked in the education field since 1994. georgette began their career as a Teacher, SLC Coordinator, and Department Chair at Victor Valley Union High School District. In 2010, they joined Academic Innovations as a Curriculum Support Director.

Georgette Phillips attended Azusa Pacific University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Master of Arts in Education. georgette also attended University at Buffalo from 1964 to 1965, studying Education.
