Chaaless March

Chaaless March has extensive experience in student support and coordination, currently serving as Team Lead at Academic Partnerships since July 2012. Responsibilities include providing personalized support to adult students in online degree programs, executing strategies to improve retention and student satisfaction, and coordinating problem resolution with a focus on professionalism. Prior experience includes working as a waitress at On The Border, where Chaaless ensured customer satisfaction through attentive service. Chaaless is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management at the University of Texas - Permian Basin, with a Human Resource Assistant Certification obtained from Dallas College. Educational background includes completing high school at Mesquite High School.
