Andres Chavez Belisario

Andres Chavez Belisario is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief of Staff at AP LATAM, where collaboration with the CEO focuses on fostering autonomy and accountability within a holacratic management structure. Previously, as Head of Corporate Strategy & Growth, Andres played a key role in driving the company's growth through crucial strategic initiatives, including M&A and partnership strategies. Andres gained valuable experience as Assistant Director at Anáhuac Online, managing team development and financial discussions, and as Project Manager & Product Owner at Regnum Christi, where a global formative plan was established.
