Mireya Zamora

Mireya Zamora is a dedicated professional with a strong background in education and community service. Currently serving as a College Advisor for the Academic Success Program since September 2022, Mireya previously held roles such as Collegiate Advisor for the Zeta Chapter of Sigma Delta Lambda Sorority, Inc., and Bilingual Senior Site Coordinator for Communities In Schools of the Dallas Region. Additional experience includes working as a Disaster Services Case Manager for Catholic Charities of Dallas and a Literacy Lead for Reading Partners. Mireya began their career as a Family Learning Program Teacher at the Dallas Public Library. Educationally, Mireya earned a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Society from The University of Texas at Austin, complemented by an Associate of Science degree from Dallas College Mountain View Campus, and a high school diploma from Duncanville High School.
