Katie Owensby

Katie Owensby is an experienced professional currently serving as an Undergraduate Academic Advisor at the University of California, Berkeley, since February 2020, focusing on the Society & Environment Major and related minors. Previously, Katie held roles at the Cal Alumni Association, first as Senior Manager of Data and Reporting, overseeing audience selection for marketing campaigns, and earlier as a Marketing Data Specialist and Email Marketing Program Manager, where Katie developed targeted email marketing strategies. Additional experience includes working as a School Counselor at the Acalanes Union High School District and as the Marketing and Development Program Manager at STAND! For Families Free of Violence. Katie also founded and managed an errand and concierge service, demonstrating strong entrepreneurial skills. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Redlands and a Master's in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco.
