Elena Anderson

Elena Anderson is an accomplished professional in talent management and global mobility with extensive experience in strategic leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Talent and Culture at both Academic Travel Abroad and CET Academic Programs since February 2022, Elena provides expert guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and compliance. As Co-Founder and Lead Strategist at At Ease Solutions, LLC, Elena advises organizations on global operational policies and DEI strategies. Previously, at The Brookings Institution, Elena managed global mobility and visa services, overseeing numerous professional transitions. Early career experience includes roles at NAFSA: Association of International Educators and UAB, highlighting a strong foundation in regulatory research and support for international students. Elena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from Loyola University New Orleans and a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies from The George Washington University.
