Noel Hernandez

Noel Hernandez is an experienced educator and professional in the music and technology industries. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Miami Dade College since June 2021 and a Teacher at Academica since August 2018, Noel has a strong background in music management and technology. Previously, Noel held the position of Streaming Manager at Universal Music Group from February 2017 to 2018, leading a team in managing music playlists and developing marketing strategies that resulted in a significant increase in streaming numbers. Earlier experience includes working as a Desktop Engineer at Ultimate Software, where important training and organizational documentation were created, and as a Genius at Apple, providing customer solutions and fostering team leadership. Noel holds a Master's degree in History from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music, Music History, Music Theory, and Business from Florida Atlantic University.
