Norlant Paredes Pérez

Norlant Paredes Pérez is an accomplished IT professional and educator with extensive experience in technical support and teaching. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers since July 2022, Norlant delivers instructor-led classes and collaborates on curriculum development. Norlant has also held the position of Senior Technical Support Analyst at Academica since October 2016 and previously supported customers at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Earlier career roles include providing instruction for Computer and Network Technician courses at Florida Career College, serving as a Technical Support Engineer at Clinical Care Medical Centers, and managing IT operations at MCV SERVICIOS S.A (MERCEDES-BENZ) in Santiago de Cuba. Norlant began the career as a Network Administrator and Assistant Professor at Eastern University, upon earning a B.Sc. in Engineering from the same institution.
