Jonathan Jacobs

Jonathan Jacobs is a seasoned educator and entrepreneur with extensive experience in teaching and the creative arts. Currently serving as Lead Teacher at Academics West since September 2024, Jonathan previously held the role of Associate Teacher at City and Country School from October 2021 to October 2024, focusing on early childhood education. As the Creator and Owner of The Vintage DJ since September 2003, Jonathan established a distinguished music consultancy and DJ business, catering to high-profile clients and curating unique musical experiences. Jonathan is also a published children's book author, with "The Secret Rhino Society" released by Simon and Schuster in June 2020, and co-founded an award-winning theater company, the National Theater of the United States of America, where Jonathan contributed as co-director and performer. Educational credentials include a Master of Education from Bank Street College of Education and a Master's Degree in Media Studies from Queens College.
