Brent Parsons

Brent Parsons is a seasoned finance professional with over 30 years of experience in the banking and commercial real estate sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Associate Director of Portfolio Management at Academy Bank since December 2010, Brent has a strong background in commercial real estate lending. Prior to this role, Brent held the position of Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer at Bank Midwest, where responsibilities included originating new loans ranging from $10 to $20 million and managing a portfolio exceeding $125 million. Additionally, Brent has experience in loan operations and deposit operations from earlier roles at Bank Midwest and 1st National Bank of Kirksville. Brent holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance from Truman State University, completed in 1999.
