Lindsey Williams

Lindsey Williams currently serves as Co-Chair at the Academy for Leaders since December 2024 and holds the position of Deputy Chair & Non Executive Director at St Giles Hospice since March 2015, contributing to a charity with a £12m turnover. With extensive leadership experience, Lindsey has been a member of the Academy for Chief Executives Ltd since June 2003 and was President of the East Midlands Chamber from May 2017 to December 2024. Previous roles include Group Chief Executive at Futures Housing Group from November 2007 to February 2023, various leadership positions at Access Training (East Midlands) and the National Housing Federation, and being a Non Executive Board Director for organizations such as Bulwell Academy and PlaceShapers. Lindsey's professional qualifications include a degree from Birmingham Metropolitan College, earned between 1982 and 1985, in the Chartered Institute of Housing.
