Daniel J. Nadler

Daniel J. Nadler is the Founder of Kensho Technologies, which, according to Forbes, became the most valuable privately owned artificial intelligence company in history when it was acquired by S&P Global for $700 million in 2018. Nadler received his PhD from Harvard University, where he worked on new econometric and statistical approaches to modeling low probability, high impact events. While at Harvard, he studied poetry with Jorie Graham. His debut poetry collection, Lacunae, was published by Farrar, Straus and Giroux in 2016 and was named a Best Book of the Year by NPR.

He is the youngest member elected to the Board of Directors in the nearly 85 year history of the Academy of American Poets.
