Simon O'Mahony

Simon O'Mahony is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and creative recruitment, currently serving as the Head of Creative Talent Acquisition for Gap, Banana Republic, Athleta, and Old Navy. Previous roles include Director of Creative Talent Acquisition at Banana Republic, Athleta, and Old Navy, as well as Director of Talent Acquisition at Banana Republic. Simon has also held senior positions within Gap Inc., such as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for Global Supply Chain and Product Operations. Additionally, Simon served as Senior Director of Talent Engagement and Recruiting at Richfield Hospitality. Simon is an Industry Advisory Board Member for the School of Fashion at the Academy of Art University and holds a degree in Marketing and Design from the Dublin Institute of Technology.
