Benjamin Cheynel has extensive experience in the field of law, particularly focusing on European law and aviation passenger rights. Currently serving as a Référendaire at both the Cour de justice de l'Union européenne and the Tribunal de l'Union européenne since October 2009, Benjamin also pursues doctoral research at Université de Neuchâtel.
