Benjamin Cheynel has extensive experience in the field of law, particularly focusing on European law and aviation passenger rights. Currently serving as a Référendaire at both the Cour de justice de l'Union européenne and the Tribunal de l'Union européenne since October 2009, Benjamin also pursues doctoral research at Université de Neuchâtel. Contributions to the academic community include roles as a lecturer at multiple universities, including the Université de Versailles St. Quentin-en-Yvelines and ESSEC Business School, as well as membership in the scientific council of the Revue Lamy de la Concurrence.
