Terese Loncar

Terese Loncar has extensive experience in operational leadership and program management, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Associate Executive Director, Programs & Services at the Academy of Management since September 1994. In these roles, Terese directs all functional program areas and the strategic development of governance, publishing, membership, and meetings. Previously, as Assistant Director, responsibilities included managing membership operations and setting departmental goals. Earlier career experiences include positions at Random House as Trade Coordinator and Administrative Assistant and at McGraw-Hill as Facilities Administrator. Terese holds an MBA in Management from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BA in English from Utica University.
