Tomás Manríquez Sir

Tomás Manríquez Sir currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Burnout-Zero, a role held since September 2021, where the focus is on fostering open communication between the organization and its collaborators to create an optimal work environment. In addition to this position, Tomás holds the title of Webmaster within the Division of Organizational Development and Change at the Academy of Management since December 2022 and has experience as an External Consultant at Canopus Lab for a short period in early 2022. Tomás previously worked as a Community Manager at PEC CHILE CherryExperts and as a Project Manager at Influénciame from August 2018 to January 2020. Educationally, Tomás earned a Licenciatura in Commercial Engineering from Universidad del Desarrollo, with studies spanning from 2012 to 2016 and further education from 2020 to 2022 at the same institution, along with initial studies at Universidad de los Andes (CL) from 2010 to 2012.
