Erica Bardin

Erica Bardin is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in digital strategy, social media management, and content creation. Currently the Owner of Weasel Social since January 2024, Erica also serves as the Social and Community Manager for the Gold Program at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences since June 2017, where responsibilities include co-leading digital strategy and social activations for the Academy Awards. Concurrently, Erica has been the Founder and Co-Owner of 5150 Productions since June 2008, focusing on female-driven comedic content. Previous roles include Director of Social Media/Marketing at greenlightjobs, Director of Partnerships at Roadmap Writers, and various positions in client services, production, and journalism, showcasing a diverse skill set in the entertainment and media industries. Erica holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from UC San Diego and studied Broadcast Journalism at the University of Southern California.
