Krzysztof Malkowski has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Krzysztof started their career in 1997 as a Business Process Analyst at TCH Systems and later worked as a CRM PreSales Consultant at Noblestar. From 2002 to 2003, they worked as an ERP Consultant at LLP Group before joining TP SA as a BA Manager from 2003 to 2006. In 2007, they joined Orange Customer Service Sp. z o.o. where they held various roles, including Director of CC Support Operations, Customer Service Contact Channels Manager, Customer Care B2C Automated Contact Channel Director, and Online Channel Development Director. Krzysztof then worked at WebInterpret as a Customer Success Director from 2014 to 2018. In 2012, they started their own venture, DomekNaWyspie.pl, a rental service for an old wooden house on an island. Since 2015, they have been the owner of ESTEDENTICA. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Managing Director at Academy of New York.
Krzysztof Malkowski pursued postgraduate studies in Acutal Leadership Psychology at Szkoła Biznesu Politechniki Warszawskiej from 2015 to 2016. Krzysztof obtained their EMBA degree in MBA from Politechnika Warszawska between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they completed their master's degree in Management Information Systems at Warsaw University of Technology from 1993 to 1998. Additionally, they engaged in a research project in Mechanics, CAD, and CAM at the University of Reading, UK from 1996 to 1997.
