Erica Gradwell, MS, RD, has extensive experience in the field of nutrition and dietetics, currently serving as the Lead Evidence Analyst/Project Manager for the American Dietetic Association since 2003. Prior roles include Food Safety Field Specialist at Ecosure from 2009 to December 2011 and Public Policy Team Leader/Licensure Chair for the Colorado Dietetic Association in 2010-2011. Erica also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Instructor and Student Services Coordinator at the University of Northern Colorado from 2008 to 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Nutrition Education from Cornell University, a Dietetic Internship at Yale-New Haven Hospital, and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, also from Cornell University.
