Robert Howell

Robert Howell is an experienced supply chain executive with a robust background in both strategic and operational roles. Currently serving as the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Academy Sports + Outdoors, Robert previously held key positions at Sysco, including Chief Supply Chain Strategy Officer and Vice President of Logistics & Supply Management. Additional roles at Sysco included Vice President of Merchandising, and Robert also worked as a Principal Consultant at CSC and as Supply Chain Manager at Randalls Food Market. Robert Howell earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University between 1990 and 1994 and furthered education at the University of Houston from 1997 to 2000.
