Geoff Stokes

Geoff Stokes is an experienced governance professional with extensive expertise in corporate governance within the NHS and educational sectors. Currently serving as a Trustee at Academy Transformation Trust, Geoff has held various senior roles including Interim Programme Director of Governance at NHS Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes ICB, and Head of Corporate Governance at both NHS West Yorkshire ICB and St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Prior positions include Director of Corporate Affairs and Acting Chief Quality Officer at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust, Company Secretary at Moorfields Eye Hospital, and various interim governance roles across multiple NHS organizations. Geoff holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Coventry University and a degree in Public Sector Accounting from Liverpool John Moores University.
