Bill Townsend

Bill Townsend is a seasoned professional in the broadcasting and technical services industry, currently serving as the Regional Engineer for Nova Scotia at Acadia Broadcasting Saint John since October 2020. Prior to this role, Bill was an IT and Media Specialist at Humber College from 2012 to October 2020, where quality technical service was provided to users and clients. Bill also has experience as a Talk Show Host at CKNX Radio for a brief period in 2012, and worked as a Radio Broadcaster with Blackburn Radio Inc. from 1994 to 2007, focusing on midday announcements and afternoon talk shows. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Electronics Engineering Technician from Fanshawe College and a Diploma in Radio Broadcasting from Humber College.
