Brian Farley

Brian Farley currently serves as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Acadia Healthcare since July 2023. Previously, Brian held the position of Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at GoHealth from June 2020 to December 2023, where responsibilities included leading the legal department and advising the board on legal matters. Prior engagements include serving as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Administrative Officer at Allscripts, and holding various senior legal roles at Motorola Mobility, including leading global legal efforts during significant transactions. Brian's earlier career includes positions at Level 3 Communications, Rhythms NetConnections, e.spire Communications, and Collier, Shannon Rill & Scott, with a strong background in commercial law, corporate governance, and regulatory matters. Brian holds a JD from The George Washington University Law School, an MBA from the University of Colorado, and a BA in Political Economics from Colorado College.
