Chad Shake

Chad Shake, MBA, is a seasoned professional in the fields of training, development, and human resources. Currently serving as the Manager of Training and Development at Acadia Healthcare since 2015, Chad oversees the Training & Development Team and acts as the Enterprise Administrator of the HealthStream Learning Management System. Previously, Chad held the role of HR Consultant at Onlife Health from 2006 to 2015, managing various HR functions including recruitment and employee relations. Earlier career experience includes positions as an HR Generalist at AIM Healthcare Services and as a Technical Recruiter at Emprise Solutions. Chad holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, both from Lipscomb University.
