Dr. Jeffrey Woods

Dr. Jeffrey Woods has an extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Dr. Jeffrey began their career at Helix Consulting in 1996, where they served as the Chief Executive Officer until 2008. Following that, they joined Ascension in 2008 and worked at St. Vincent Hospital until 2013. In 2013, they transitioned to Acadia Healthcare and held the position of Division President until 2020. Currently, Dr. Woods is serving as the Operations Group President at Acadia Healthcare.

Dr. Jeffrey Woods has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach. Dr. Jeffrey also holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from CSU and a Master's degree in Advanced Nursing Practice from Excelsior University. Additionally, they have a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) degree from CSU. Dr. Woods obtained a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from American Sentinel College. Dr. Jeffrey has also received certifications as a Board Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse from the American Nurses Credentialing Center and as a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Dr. Woods has completed Army ROTC, Military Science and Operations courses at UCLA.
