Erin Chamberlin

Erin Chamberlin is a seasoned executive in the hospitality and gaming industries, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Topgolf since July 2024. Previously, Erin held the position of Senior Vice President of Regional Operations at PENN Entertainment, Inc., overseeing operations in multiple states and managing the company's horse racing initiatives. Erin's extensive experience at Caesars Entertainment Corporation included roles such as Regional President of the Mid-Atlantic Region and various positions in general management and marketing across different casinos. Erin began their career at Hewitt Associates as a manager. Erin holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
