Nakita Watts has a diverse work experience starting in 2012 as a Master Behavioral Science Counselor at Corizon Health Services. Nakita then moved to Rutherford County Juvenile Detention where they served as an Educational Reform Director from 2015 to 2017. Following that, they worked as a Clinic Director at Volunteer Behavior Health from 2017 to 2019. Nakita then joined Davidson County Sheriff's Office as a Behavior Care Supervisor from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Nakita is working as a Clinic Director at Acadia Healthcare.
