Michael Murphy has a long history of professional experience. Michael began their career in 2004 as a Member of G4 Holdings. In 2008, they became Managing Partner of Actions Sports Center LLC. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as Program Director of the Dayton Reds Rookie Success League at the Reds Community Fund. During this time, they also worked as a Certified Thomas Partner at Thomas. In 2011, they began their role as Director of Business Operations/Digital Marketing Consultant at Acadia Lead Management Services. In 2015, they became President of the Engineers Club of Dayton, and in 2017 they joined the Board of Governors and Foundation Board at the same organization. Most recently, from 1998 to 2003, they worked at Rittal, first as Industrial Products Manager and then as Director of Marketing.
Michael Murphy attended Manhattan College from 1980 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
