Betsy Garofalo has a diverse work experience in various pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Betsy is currently the Director of Alector, a position they have held since September 2021. Following this, they pursued further specialization in the field of medicine by attending the University of Michigan Medical School from 1985 to 1990. During this time, they completed fellowships in Pediatric Neurology and Epilepsy.
