Jennifer Richards

Jennifer Richards has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Jennifer started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Mass Peer Review Org. in 1996 and then worked as a Project Assistant at Thermo Fisher Scientific from 1999 to 2000.

In 2000, Jennifer joined BUMC as an Administrative Secretary where they handled front office duties and reviewed new clinical research studies for the IRB. Jennifer worked there until 2002 when they transitioned to NEIRB as an Administrator. At NEIRB, Jennifer reviewed research submissions, conducted site visits, and ensured proper documentation for Serious Adverse Events.

Jennifer then moved to PAREXEL in 2007 and worked in various roles. As a Clinical Trials Specialist, they conducted feasibility and site pre-qualification activities, prepared initial study documentation, and negotiated contracts. Jennifer also served as a Clinical Monitoring Associate, performing in-house and remote monitoring tasks, resolving site issues, and ensuring data integrity.

In 2014, Jennifer joined PRA Health Sciences as an Operations Program Specialist and then as a Document Specialist. Jennifer updated and maintained the SharePoint drive, created submission documents, and adhered to internal document standards.

Jennifer's next role was at Agios Pharmaceuticals in 2019 as a Document Specialist, where they reviewed technical documentation and maintained archives for compliance. Jennifer then joined bluebird bio in 2020 as a Quality Operations Specialist, supporting external manufacturing operations and quality control. Jennifer migrated legacy electronic documents, reviewed manufacturing and testing batch records, and performed data analysis.

Jennifer's most recent position is as a Senior Quality Specialist at Agios Pharmaceuticals, where they supported the Vendor Management Program, organized and filed documentation, and created quality metrics using Veeva Reports and Dashboards.

Jennifer Richards attended Waltham High from 1987 to 1991, where they received a diploma. Jennifer then pursued higher education at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design from 1992 to 1996, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a specialization in Illustration.
