Kai Ding is currently working as the Senior Director and Head of Sourcing & Procurement at ACADIA Pharmaceuticals Inc. Prior to this, Kai worked at Alexion Pharmaceuticals Inc. as the Indirect Sourcing Lead in Global Procurement. With a background in companies like Novartis, IBM, and Honeywell Information Systems, Kai brings a wealth of experience in sourcing and procurement. Kai holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
