Kristen Hoskins

Kristen Hoskins currently holds the position of Sr. Director, Talent Development & Engagement at Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. Prior to that, Kristen worked at Cushman & Wakefield as the Director of People Partnering, Americas Growth & Investments. Additionally, Kristen has experience working at NuVasive, where Kristen held various roles in Learning & Talent Development, Organizational Development, and Training & Development. Kristen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Industrial Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University. Kristen has also been actively involved in volunteer leadership roles to support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
