Joseph M. Napolitano

Joseph Napolitano has been with Acadia Realty Trust since January 1995, currently holding the position of SVP - Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to that, Joseph worked at Rosen Associates Management Corp as a Senior Property Manager and at Roebling Management Company as a Property Manager. Joseph graduated from Adelphi University in 1986 with a BA in Business. Their responsibilities include overseeing property management, human resources, marketing, and information technology disciplines, and executing the company's strategic plan related to human capital.
