Joseph M. Napolitano

Joseph M. Napolitano is the SVP & Chief Administrative Officer at Acadia Realty Trust. Joseph has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, and was previously the Manager of Benefits and Human Resources Administration at Iona College from October 2017 to August 2019. There, they were responsible for facilitating all human resource functions for Corporate, Clemson Centre, and Outlet Store locations. Their responsibilities included administering all benefit plans, overseeing the performance review process, managing the employment cycle, developing and implementing company policies, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local requirements. Joseph also processed payroll for hourly and salaried employees. Prior to their time at Iona College, Joseph was the Human Resource Manager at WestPoint Home from January 2014 to September 2017.

Joseph M. Napolitano has a Master of Science (MS) in Publishing from Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Scranton. Joseph is certified from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in PHR.
