Ken McIntyre

Ken McIntyre is an accomplished executive in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of the Real Estate Executive Council (REEC) since March 2020, where the focus is on advancing minority representation at executive levels. In addition, Ken holds significant board positions, including a role on the Board of Trustees at Acadia Realty Trust and as a member of the Board of Directors at Newmark Group Inc. Ken's extensive experience includes managing principal at PassPort Real Estate LLC, where expertise lies in real estate debt and equity origination and advisory, and previously served as Executive Advisor to the Chief Diversity Officer at The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey. Ken has been instrumental in initiatives such as PROJECT REAP, which promotes diversity in commercial real estate education. A former Managing Director at MetLife and Senior Vice President at Hudson City Savings Bank, Ken possesses a deep understanding of real estate finance and management, supported by a strong educational background from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
