Ralf Philipp Hofmann

Ralf Philipp Hofmann is a seasoned professional in investment banking and venture capital, currently serving as a Limited Partner at Acadian Ventures since January 2024, focusing on early-stage investments in the future of work. Hofmann founded Ibicenco Capital in March 2013 and has been a Managing Partner at Drake Star Partners, where responsibilities include membership on the Global Executive Committee and the Board, since October 2007. Drake Star Partners specializes in M&A and corporate finance for technology, media, and communications sectors globally. Previously, Hofmann held the role of Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Jupiter Capital Partners until June 2016, and served as Managing Director at Viscardi, leading technology investment banking efforts. Early career experiences include co-founding portax.com and working in Global Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank.
