Bethany Broussard

Vonda K. Broussard joined the AMG team in 2012 as Director of Human Resources. After attending McNeese State University in Business Management, she worked with TransWestern Publishing for 12 years in Baton Rouge, LA and transferred to management in the Columbia, SC and Houston, TX markets, and finally overseeing their South Louisiana operation the last eight years. Ms. Broussard was also a Certified Trainer with the company. She thereafter was hired as Firm Office Manager for Jeansonne & Remondet, LLC in Lafayette, LA. Her responsibilities included all aspects of Human Resources and business administration including insurance benefits, 401(k) Plan management, and staff interviewing/hiring/training for 2 to 4 offices in Louisiana and Texas throughout her 13 years with the firm.

Ms. Broussard is a long-standing member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and was a long-standing Board Member and Past-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau of Acadiana, Inc., as well as a Past-President of Connections Professional Networking Organization. She was a recipient of the Connections “Career Achievement Award” in 2010.
