Laura Figari Wilson

Laura Figari Wilson is a highly skilled nutritionist with extensive experience in clinical nutrition and food service management. Currently serving as Nutricionista Corporativa at Acalis Latam since November 2021, Laura oversees clinical nutrition across multiple residences in Santiago, ensuring food safety and quality in kitchens. Previously, Laura held the position of Head Nutritionist in the Food and Nutrition Service at Acalis Medina. Earlier professional experience includes a role as a nutritionist at Centro Médico Mujer Integral in Clínica Red Salud Rancagua from August 2019 to November 2021. Laura holds a Master's degree in Nutrition and Food from Universitat de Barcelona, completed between 2020 and 2022, and a degree from Universidad Andres Bello, earned from 2011 to 2018.
