Nicole Chehade Owen

Nicole Chehade Owen has extensive experience in health team leadership and occupational therapy, currently serving in multiple roles at Acalis Latam since April 2012, including Jefa de Equipos de Salud and Mentora de Calidad Asistencial. The focus includes enhancing care quality for elderly individuals, fostering autonomy, and promoting non-pharmacological approaches in behavioral management. Nicole has also held various clinical teaching positions at several universities from 2014 to 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Occupational Therapy with a focus on psychosocial aspects from Universidad Andres Bello, a diploma in Social Gerontology from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and further studies in leadership, health organization management, and art therapy.
