Shilpa Arora

Shilpa Arora is a highly experienced professional in the field of Anti-Financial Crime with a background in project and programme management. Shilpa currently serves as the Head of Anti-Financial Crime Products and Solutions at ACAMS, where Shilpa is responsible for the growth and strategy of the company's product portfolio. Prior to this, Shilpa held leadership roles at Santander UK and Barclays, focusing on financial crime prevention and governance and controls. Shilpa has a strong educational background, holding an MBA from Bayes Business School and a B.E. in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
