Joann Lombardi Cole

Joann Lombardi Cole has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. From 2019, they have been working at Advance Care Alliance of New York, initially as a Care Manager and currently as an Assistant Director of Care Management. In this role, they are responsible for managing and coordinating care for individuals in need.

Prior to this, from 2013 to 2022, Joann served as the President of The Road for Life, a non-profit organization focused on educating new drivers on safe driving habits. Joann played a crucial role in providing resources and teaching driving skills to young drivers and their families.

From 1999 to 2019, Joann held various positions at Capital Contractors, a portfolio company of Palladium Equity Partners. Joann started as the VP of Administration, overseeing administrative assistants, compliance department, corporate reception team, and corporate filing department. Later, they became the VP of Quality Assurance, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract fulfillment for national clients.

Throughout their career, Joann has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing teams, overseeing operations, and ensuring organizational success.

Joann Lombardi Cole received a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from LIU Post between 1986 and 1990. Later on, they pursued a Master of Social Work degree in the field of Social Work at Fordham University from 2015 to 2018.
