Ylena Kilgishov

Ylena Kilgishov has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. In 2007, they started their career at Goodwill Industries of Greater NY and Northern NJ as an Intake worker, responsible for processing participants in the Back to Work program. Ylena also supervised orientation and intake assessment procedures. In 2013, they joined FEGS as an Employment Counselor, where they educated participants on post-employment issues and conducted workshops to address work-related challenges. Ylena also worked as an Employment Specialist, conducting assessments, interviews, and developing individual employment plans. In 2015, Ylena joined Fedcap as a Work Readiness Instructor, where they prepared reports, administered assessments, and facilitated life skills and work readiness training groups. Additionally, they worked at OMH as a Community Case Manager from 2015 to 2019. Their responsibilities included conducting outreach and enrollment into the PROMISE Project, organizing events and meetings, and providing case management and service coordination at community schools. Ylena's most recent position is as a Care Manager at Advance Care Alliance, where they started in November 2019.
