Rolf M. Bakken

Rolf M. Bakken is a project manager with extensive experience in disaster management and humanitarian affairs. Rolf M. has worked with various organizations such as ACAPS, UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, and Combitech Norge. Rolf M.'s expertise includes training coordination, assessment and analysis, crisis management, and security management. Rolf holds a Master's degree in Disaster Management from the University of Copenhagen and has a background in customs and excise as well as military experience with the Norwegian Army.
