Ricardo Russell

Ricardo Russell has over four decades of diverse experience, primarily in technical support, instructional roles, and operations management. Currently serving as a Solution Support Associate at Superior Group since October 2013, Ricardo provides customer training and successfully configures printing and scanning solutions. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Referee and Deputy Match Director for the National Rifle Association, and hands-on instruction as a Firearms Instructor and Range Safety Officer at Action Impact. With a foundation in technical roles at Xerox as a Production System Analyst, and military experience in the US Army as an Operations Sergeant and Microwave Communications Specialist, Ricardo combines strong technical skills with expertise in firearms operations and safety. Educational background includes studies at Wayne County Community College.
