Paula Williamson

Paula Williamson is a seasoned professional in employee experience and learning and development, currently serving as the Head of Employee Experience and Head of Learning and Development at Acas since October 2020. Previously, Paula held the position of Associate Principal at Korn Ferry from February 2017 to October 2020, and served as Learning and Development Manager at Perpetual Limited during 2007-2008. Earlier career experiences include roles as Head of Diversity and Learning and Development Consultant at the Cabinet Office from August 2002 to 2006. Paula Williamson possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cardiff University and a Master of Science in Organisational Psychology from the University of East London, in addition to ongoing CIPD qualifications, holding the status of Chartered Member of CIPD since June 2021.
