Cathy Toth

Cathy Toth has over 20 years of experience in combining engineering and analysis work in both the government and private sectors. Cathy began their career in 1987 as an Electrical Engineer at General Dynamics. In 1990, they joined Martin Marietta Energy Systems as a Computer Specialist, TSCA Incinerator, where they were responsible for correlating waste data with regulatory requirements, operating permits, and internal requirements. Cathy then joined Tradec Inc in 1999 as a Senior QA Engineer, where they established an effective, efficient and scalable validation and verification program for the startup company. In 2003, they worked as an Information Management Engineer at E-2, Inc. and in 2004 they became a Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist as an Independent Consultant. In 2010, they founded Acato Information Management LLC, where they serve as President and CEO.

Cathy Toth attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1983 to 1986, working towards a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Cathy then transferred to The University of Texas at Arlington, where they completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1987.
