Lida Ghazaryan

Lida Ghazaryan, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in training and development within the banking sector. Since March 2018, Lida has held various roles at Acba Bank OJSC, including Head of Training and Development Division, Acting Head of Training and Development Division, Senior Training and Development Specialist, and Training and Development Specialist. Prior to this, Lida served as a Customer Service Administrator at CJSC VTB Bank (Armenia) from April 2017 to March 2018 and completed an internship at the Ministry of Finance in late 2016. Lida holds a Master's degree in Banking obtained from Armenian State University of Economics (2017-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from the same institution (2013-2017).
