Mariam Khonchanchyan

Mariam Khonchanchyan, ACC (ICF), currently serves as the Team Leader of the Employee Relations Team and HR People Partner at Acba Bank OJSC, a position held since 2018. In this role, Mariam is responsible for enhancing corporate culture, ensuring employee wellbeing, and implementing innovative employee engagement initiatives. Previous titles include Chief Training and Development Specialist and Senior Training and Development Specialist, where Mariam focused on identifying training needs, measuring effectiveness, and developing learning strategies. Additionally, Mariam's expertise includes digitalizing HR processes and optimizing management systems. Currently, Mariam also serves as a Human Resources Trainer for the Business Development Group. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Psychology of Management and ongoing studies as a PhD student in Organizational Psychology at Yerevan State University, along with multiple coaching certifications from Erickson Coaching International.
