Eddie Dos Santos has a strong background in operations and management in the hospitality and events industry. Eddie started their career as a Guest Relations Manager at St Georges Hotel in 2002, and later took on roles such as Acting Rooms Division Manager at ArabellaSheraton Grand Hotel and Front Office Manager at Hilton Manchester Airport. In 2007, they worked as a Project Consultant at Vital Solutions, where they focused on recruitment and candidate assessment. Eddie transitioned into a role as a Recruitment Consultant at Office Angels and later at Reed Training Professionals. In 2010, they became a Careers Information and Advice consultant at Working Links, where they helped clients achieve sustained employment through personalized assistance. Eddie then moved to Manchester Central Convention Complex in 2012 as a Business Services Manager. From 2013 onward, Eddie joined ACC Liverpool where they held various roles, including Guest Relations Manager, Head of Event Support, Assistant Director of Operations and FM, and currently, Director of Operations and Venue Management. Eddie's wealth of experience demonstrates their expertise in managing operations and providing exceptional customer service in the events industry.

Eddie Dos Santos received their Advanced Diploma in Terrorism and Counterterrorism Operations from the University of Cumbria in the year 2022. Prior to that, they pursued their GCSE degree from Fairbairn College, specializing in subjects such as Biology, Business Economics, Accountancy, and Geography during the years 1989 to 1993.
