James Francis Csmp

James Francis CSMP possesses extensive expertise in security management and investigations, currently serving as Head of Security at ACC Liverpool since August 2022. Prior to this role, James held multiple positions at Unite Students, including Group Security Manager (Operations) and Group Investigation Manager, where responsibilities included leading investigative frameworks and enhancing safety within the organization. James also served as Senior Registrar for Student Cases at Edge Hill University, overseeing student casework, and as Academic Compliance Officer at the University of Liverpool, leading investigations related to academic appeals and student discipline. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Police Detective with Merseyside Police from September 2009 to April 2018.
