Joy Delacruz

Joy DeLaCruz has extensive experience in compliance, operations, and property management. Joy currently holds the position of Director of Compliance at ACC Management Group, Inc. since September 2022. Previously, they worked as a Compliance Manager at the same company starting from January 2021. Prior to that, Joy worked at Cardinal Capital Management Inc. where they held various roles including Director of Operations from August 2020 to January 2021, Operations Manager from February 2020 to January 2021, Operations Specialist from March 2019 to February 2020, Compliance Officer from January 2018 to March 2019, and Property Manager from January 2017 to January 2018. Before joining Cardinal Capital Management Inc., Joy worked at Dominium as a Property Manager from October 2015 to January 2017.

Joy DeLaCruz has attended Fox Valley Technical College, but no specific degree or field of study is provided. In addition to their college education, they have obtained several certifications from the National Center for Housing Management. These certifications include Certified Occupancy Specialist, Certified Occupancy Specialist-Advanced, and Tax Credit Specialist.
